The building concept constitutes of many factors, which later turn to be the selling points of Gemopolis.
  • One-stop manufacturing center of diamonds, gems and jewelry.
  • Cluster of factories (manufacturing district) and businesses making a complete supply-chain within the industrial estate.
  • Strategically located near the airport, the crucial means of logistics for this industry.
  • Home of highly skilled craftman: precision oriented diamond and gemstones polishers, and articulated goldsmith, stone setters, jewelrers, an so forth.
  • Work-live-learn-shop-play concept of industrial, commercial and residential zones, making it a small town in itself.
  • Factories in the Park concept, very environmental conscious

  3. Tier 3 - the end stream producers or traders: jewelry producers, accessories producers, wholesalers, distributors, etc.
  4. Tier 4 - the end stream service providers: retail stores, logistics providers, banks, laboratories, training schools, etc.
  5. Complementary Tier - the cross-industry supporting the major tiers: machine and equipments, cases, packaging, etc
